[netCDFJava #NNB-487385]: NcML aggregation code fails after recent Java NetCDF library upgrade

The fix has been checked in now. I've built a new ncIdv, and I'm about to push 
it out to the
IDV git repo under libs/. That said, here is a link if you want to grab it 
sooner:
