[netCDFJava #SBZ-133456]: [netcdf-java] Bug report: Variable name must be unique within Group

Netcdf Java clients as of 4.3.15 now have limited support
for pulling group information from DAP2 DDS. It looks for
occurrences of '/' in names and uses that to create groups
and place variables and attributes into the specified groups.
This feature can be disabled by specifying
    -Ducar.nc2.cdm.useGroups=false
to the java VM.
