[netCDFJava #IQQ-460810]: issue opening a file as dods vs. local file

In reviewing the history of this support question,
it appears that I cannot find one piece of information
that would be useful, namely the exact url
you used to access the data. Can you send it (again)?
It does not matter that we cannot access it, I just
need to see the url.
