[netCDFJava #NXD-157061]: Proxy server requiring authentication

ok, I added NTLM support.
The only directory that was changed
was cdm/src/main/java/ucar/nc2/util/net.

You will need to do this version of setGlobalCredentials
to set the NTLM credentials.

HTTPSession.setGlobalCredentials(HTTPAuthScheme.NTLM,
  new NTCredentials(username,password,host,domain));

where
  username - The user name. This should not include
             the domain to authenticate with. For example:
             "user" is correct whereas "DOMAIN\\user" is not.
  password - The password.
  host - The host the authentication request is originating from.
         Essentially, the computer name for this machine.
  domain - The domain to authenticate within.

This probably will not work completely, but may get us closer.
