Hi Sibren: I am incorporating this table into our library for version 4.3. The parameters in the local section of the table will be used. I am sending you a report on where that table overlaps the standard WMO table. The CDM library does not override the standard WMO table, so any conflicts may be a problem, for example the units in 0.1.13. I would be happy to discuss this further with you or anyone else.
