[netCDFJava #QOJ-218275]: Problem handing nan in global attribute

Rich-

The problem, as you will have seen,
is that Hyrax is actually returning the string "nan."
instead of "nan".  I put a hack into the client side
code to convert the string "nan." to "nan". The correct
solution is to fix the Hyrax code.  This fix should be in
the 4.2 alpha and later code.
