[netCDFJava #TXK-884300]: NetCDF Java running correctly on one machine but not on another

Its bundled with the cdm library, eg you can get it from:

ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf-java/v4.0/netcdfAll-4.0.zip
