Hi John Sorry for the confusion but the error is not a server setting. It has to do with where (how?) the client is connected. I get that error message when I try to use http access to files on a thredds server from ASA. There seems to be something about our service provider or firewall but I don't know where to start looking. Have you ever had such a problem before?
