We did place the opendap classes into their own jar, i forget what version we made that change. All of the optional jars are in ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf-java/v2.2.22/netcdfAll-2.2.22.zip You can also just use ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf-java/v2.2.22/toolsUI-2.2.22.jar which has everything in one jar.
