[IDV #KYT-374288]: IDV - scale_factor not applied to Point Data

Hi Mark:

Im afraid this is a rather deep problem in how structures are handled, and i 
need to wait until after this next release (2.2.18) to fix it. I will work on 
it asap after that. thanks for reporting.
