Announcing version 2.2.10

This archive contains answers to questions sent to Unidata support through mid-2025. Note that the archive is no longer being updated. Netcdf-Java library version 2.2.10 is now stable; we recommend all to upgrade 
to it.

New work will now be on version 2.2.11.
