Station IDs aren't listed there, but K1DN is for Max, ND which is listed there. There are also SFD.STN, SFP.STN and ZFP.STN in that data directory, but K1DN isn't in those and that isn't where coordinates are defined, so I think towns.txt is the thing to try.
