[McIDAS #USW-595984]: 20200416: GLM imagery / McIDAS / CoD processing

I thought that we had discussed the additional dependency on 'cmake'
in one of our exchanges in the past.  If I am misremembering, I can
only offer my sincere apologies!

Yup, that is currently the only dependency on 'cmake'.

This is indeed one of the items that is called out in documentation
of the newer releases.
