[McIDAS #PLP-672741]: Download login?

Hi again Chris,

I should have said that the release that I am going to make available
fully supports GOES-18 (and GOES-19), and it also supports the new
Vlab GLM products that will be added to the IDD NIMAGE feed this
Thursday, June 23.
