There is nothing in the McBASI script that demands that the images be in the map projection of the NPGOES[RS] or RTGOES[RS] images. The only thing that is assumed is that the individual bands can be accessed using the BAND= keyword. I think that this should be easy enough, you just have to create an input ADDE dataset that has all bands included in the dataset definition (instead of creating a dataset for one band).
