Hi Robert, re: > I hope you are well. At last check, everyone in the UPC remains healthy! I hope that you are doing well also!! re: > We are using the Antarctic composites for a balloon flight that has > been at float over Antarctica for 99 days. However I see it must be a in a rectilinear proj, which of course > could be an > issue for that Antarctic composite. Yes, SSEC only implemented creation of GeoTIFF output ADDE datasets in a single project, rectilinear. I have always wondered at this approach, but I have never felt any pressure from the Unidata McIDAS community to extend the capability beyond this. re: > Also how would one make that color enhancement > available in the ARC viewer (GlobalMapper in this case). I am sorry to say that I do not know how to do much of anything with the ARC viewer, sorry. re: > Any ideas? Basically the person just wants an image that is georeferenced. Yup, I understand the desire. Any ideas... the first thing that comes to mind is if some other package like the IDV and/or McIDAS-V would be able to do what you want. I have a feeling that this may be possible, but I'd have to check with our IDV developer, Yuan Ho, to see if he can provide an authoritative answer. I'll ping Yuan and poke around a bit in the IDV and then send you a follow-up reply. re: > Thanks so much, No worries.
