Hi, re: > Forgot that irrelevant detail.:-) > > Server: goeswest.unidata.ucar.edu > Data: GOES 15 OK. Which images were you unable to access? Since the current time is 16:32 UTC, I am assuming that you had problems accessing images between 18 and 20 UTC yesterday, July 21. Based on this, I looked to see what images we received during this time interval: IMGLIST GVAR/ALL.ALL DAY=202 TIME=18 20 Image file directory listing for:GVAR/ALL Pos Satellite/ Date Time Center Band(s) sensor Lat Lon --- ------------- ------------ -------- ---- ---- ------------ 229 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 18:00:00 0 133 1-4,6 231 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 18:30:00 26 137 1-4,6 232 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 18:41:00 37 111 1-4,6 233 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 18:45:00 33 129 1-4,6 234 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 18:52:00 -19 142 1-4,6 235 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 19:00:00 26 137 1-4,6 236 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 19:11:00 37 111 1-4,6 237 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 19:15:00 33 129 1-4,6 238 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 19:22:00 -19 142 1-4,6 239 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 19:30:00 26 137 1-4,6 240 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 19:41:00 37 111 1-4,6 241 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 19:45:00 33 129 1-4,6 242 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 19:52:00 -19 142 1-4,6 243 G-15 IMG 21 JUL 19202 20:00:00 26 137 1-4,6 IMGLIST: done Not knowing which coverage (FullDisk (FD), CONUS, Northern Hemisphere (NH), etc.) you are referring to, I examined our ingest status logs to see if there were _any_ problems indicated for the 18-20 UTC time period yesterday, but I did not see any problems. This strong suggests that if images you were expecting were not available, then they were not sent in the GVAR rebroadcast that we ingest. Further examination does show that we did have two periods of loss of sync yesterday: 20:53:45 - 20:54:05 00:41:49 - 00:42:00 During loss of sync, no images are received.
