[McIDAS #VQU-472558]: imgcopy UNIT parameter

If you create a sector in AREA format centered on 0,-35 and of
size 1500x1500, you should see that part of the sector is space,
and there are no Lat,Lon values in space.  I'm guessing that
the 2.143289e+09 value is some sort of a MISSing value.
