Hi Matthew, re: > So, I'm running McIDAS-X 2018.1 OK, good. re: > and the dataset I'm looking at is RTGOESR/GLMGROUP. OK again, re: > This morning when I tried to load up 5 frames worth of data - I > got the following error: > > GLMDISP X 127 DAT=RTGOESR/GLMGROUP TIME=IMA TDAY=CAL DAY=IMA NAV=127 INC=5 1 > USING IMAGE DAY/TIME > Plotting GLM data from RTGOESR/GLMGROUP.ALL > PTDISP: No NetCDF file data satisfies the request > PTDISP: No NetCDF file data satisfies the request > PTDISP: No NetCDF file data satisfies the request > PTDISP: No NetCDF file data satisfies the request > PTDISP: No NetCDF file data satisfies the request What does FRMLIST say the times of the images in the 5 frames are? re: > This has worked over the summer and fall until recently. Absolutely nothing has been changed in the LDM procedure that delivers the GOES-16 products to our servers (lead.unidata.ucar.edu and atm.ucar.edu); writes those products to disk via LDM pattern-action file actions; or serves the data via ADDE since late May. (I just checked time stamps to veryify this assertion.) re: I just re-tested this now and I'm still getting failures. On the off chance that this has something to do with the ADDE serving on lead, have you tried your same procedure while pointing RTGOESR at atm.ucar.edu?
