[McIDAS #WRK-701892]: general archive of McIDAS POINT source surface data?

Hi Kwan,

Quick update to let you know that the missing days in the PTSRCALL dataset
have been restored to atm.ucar.edu.  Since adde.ucar.edu is currently
pointing at atm.ucar.edu, the files will also show up on adde.ucar.edu.
