[McIDAS #UGD-896576]: IMGREMAP of GOES-16 for use in GEMPAK

Hopefully, the one you tested was from GOES-East not West!

I'll try working through your example IMGREMAP to see what needs
to be tweaked in the AREA file header to make TEMPs show up in
GEMPAK.
