The maximum Lat,Lon in a frame will depend on what is loaded in the
frame. After navigation is associated with the frame, the mouse
cursor can be located to the corners and then one can run the E command
to list out the Lat,Lon under the cursor. Remember that the mouse
cursor can be positioned using the CUR command.
