[McIDAS #LLN-564004]: GOES-16 data and McIDAS

Here is the good/bad news:

I downloaded the image you put out on NG Safe Access, and I had no problem
listing/displaying the image in Unidata McIDAS-X v2016a.

Here is the output that shows my dataset definition and from IMGLIST

I have attached the GIF created by the FRMSAVE invocation.

The only thing that I can think of is you somehow have SSH tunneling enabled
for your ABI dataset. I _think_ that the way to check to see if this is true
is:

DATALOC LIST

If SSH tunneling was (somehow) setup, then it needs to be removed
using:

DATALOC SSHDEL address
