[McIDAS #WPD-667222]: Fwd: McIDAS 2017 install

Hi Greg,

re: bash vs sh
> No joy. We were already aliasing sh to bash so no change.

What I was trying to say was to edit mcinet2017.src and change the
first line:

from:

#!/bin/sh

to:

#!/bin/bash

The operating system creates the alias for 'sh'.

I'm still interested in the result when mcinet2017.sh is edited to change 'sh'
