[McIDAS #TAL-270196]: Not getting MD data

I agree.  I am not sure why SSEC/MUG did not include timestamps in the file
to indicate when things happened.

I agree: I don't see anything in the XCD_START.LOG file that you attached to 
your
email.

Please do the following while monitoring:

- if you see that decoding observational data into MD files has stopped,
  see if the data monitor(s) and ingest routines are still running:

ps -eaf | grep DM | grep -v grep
ps -eaf | grep inge | grep -v grep

  Your listings should look something like:

% ps -eaf | grep DM | grep -v grep
