[McIDAS #LOB-532260]: Error building McIDAS-X 2016

The error reported in 'makelog' shows that the environment in which you
are trying to build v2016 is not correct:

The attempt to use the system-installed libz.a instead of the version that is 
included
as part of the McIDAS-X distribution indicates the environment problem.

Question:

- did you login using the McIDAS-specific .cshrc file when you tried to do the 
build?
