[McIDAS #SKX-144523]: himawari data tranfers from open archive

I believe that the IMGLIST command you should be running is:

IMGLIST AHIM08/ALL.ALL DAY=213

What you ran (IMGLIST AHIM08/ALL DAY=213) will list back information for
the most recent image for DAY=213.
