Hi Miguel, re: > A question, McIDAS-X is Free? or we need buy license to use. The Unidata distribution of McIDAS-X/-XCD can only be distributed to educational institutions, and there are even some restrictions on those institutions if they are outside of the U.S. Government agencies and private concerns have to get McIDAS-X directly from the owner/primary developer of the code, the Space Science and Engineering Center (SSEC) at the University of Wisconsin (UW) at Madison. In order to get the package from UW/SSEC, an organization must first join the McIDAS User's Group (MUG), and this is not free. More information on McIDAS-X from UW/SSEC can be found at: http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/mcidas Download Software -> McIDAS-X http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/mcidas/software/x/ re: > Thank you. No worries.
