Hi Angel,

I apologize for the slow reply.  We are holding our annual series of
training workshops at the moment, and my days have been spent in the
computer lab...

Do you get correctly logged into our web site using your email address
and this password?  If yes, then we will need to investigate why you
are not being allowed access to the Unidata McIDAS-X distribution (you
should be).
