[McIDAS #YQP-439755]: Antarctic images?

The problem is that the insertion of the Antarctic WV and IR images
for hours other than 0Z is being rejected with the comment that
the products are already in the LDM queue.  I contacted AMRC about this some
time ago, and Matthew said that he didn't think that there was a problem
on their end.  I just did a check of the archived images for today on the
Amazon EC2 instance where the UNIWISC products are being generated,
and the set looks complete:

This says that the images are, in fact, different from one time to the
next, so their rejected insertion into the LDM queue is a mystery.

Just so you know, this issue bubbled back up towards the top of my
ToDo list on Wednesday while I was backfilling the Unidata-Wisconsin
archive at SSEC (idd.ssec.wisc.edu) which was not complete because
of an LDM hiccup on the 19th and 20th.

Hopefully, I can figure this one out this weekend...
