Hi Kwan, re: > How have you been lately? Very well, thanks. And you? re: > I have a set of McIDAS images whose navigation is a bit off based on > known land marks on the images. Is the navigation off consistently from image to image? re: > Is there a way I can make corrections to the navigation within/outside > of the McIDAS environment? I suppose that one could manipulate the AREA file header (I am assuming that the images are in AREA file format) outside of McIDAS, but the things that need to be worried about (e.g., big-endian vs small-endian, etc.) would make the job unappealing at best. Manipulating the AREA file header in McIDAS is straightforward, and tests can be made at each step of the process to verify that the step taken had a positive effect. re: > Thanks again for your help!
