Wow!  The high resolution map outlines for Scandanavia are spectacular!

OUTVHRES - my counterpart to OUTLHRES
OUTVHPOL - my counterpart to OUTLHPOL

NB: These are in no way comparable to the high resolution map outlines seen
in the URL you provided.
