[McIDAS #DKY-715525]: ACCESS TO NEXRCOMP dataset

Got it.  Something overwrote the RESOLV.SRV file and wiped out all
ADDE dataset definitions.  I restored an older file to get things
working again.  Please let me know if you see anything unexpected.
