[McIDAS #FJC-762822]: mcidas update

Hi Heather,

I updated the McIDAS download files with the updates from
SSEC v2013.1 to create Unidata McIDAS v2009n tonight.  You
should be able to grab the latest mcupdate.tar.gz file and
update your existing McIDAS installation following the
update information available for upgrade to v2009m.  I
will be creating the announcement for v2009n tomorrow morning
or night.
