[McIDAS #WRY-275628]: Installing McIDAS-X without ADDE

I believe that you are asking if you can install McIDAS-X and not setup
remote ADDE access.  The answer to this is yes, definitely.  The remote
ADDE server access is something that is optionally done after McIDAS is
fully installed.
