[McIDAS #KKG-192015]: McIDAS-V

Neither McIDAS-V nor the IDV (on which McIDAS-V is based) support the
binary output formats provided by AXFORM.  However, one can output
data in netCDF.  In my mind this is preferable to the formats provided
by AXFORM in McIDAS-X.
