Here is what you should try: - start McIDAS-V - load a single image from one of your files specifying the "calibration" you want (e.g., Temperature for the IR image(s)) - From the Data Explorer window, click on the File->Save->Export Displayed Data to netCDF This will save the data in a netCDF.
