[McIDAS #CYR-253616]: Mtsat Calibration table

The McIDAS server for the data does this for you for all of the calibrations
that are supported for the image.

To see what calibrations are available for an image, use the 'D' command
on an image loaded into a frame.  To list out calibrated values for the images,
use the IMGPROBE utility on one of the images from the NOAA server, or from a
local copy that is a result of an IMGCOPY.  FYI: 'D' actually runs IMGPROBE
with default settings (IMGPROBE MODE=N).

Try the following:

IMGDISP PUB/MTGLOB04I4 LAT=0 -140 MAG=-4 EU=IMAGE

Position the mouse cursor over a location of interest, and run the following:

IMGPROBE MODE=N

     Image Name           Day      Nominal Time   Scan Time    Band
