[McIDAS #FXN-770153]: GOES visible band

Hi Weidong,

Sorry for the slow response.  There are several other things
going on at the moment...

Have you tried the same transfers from the EAST and WEST datasets
hosted on unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu?  Access off of unidata2 may well
work differently since the machine is not an ingester.  The availability
of the images will be delayed by a few/several minutes, but you may
be able to get full disk transfers without errors.

No, but, then again, no other sites are trying to download the entire
VIS image from either GOES-East or GOES-West.  The problem may well
be a timeout that is occurring on the server side.
