[McIDAS #JCW-384276]: EAST Server

Yes.  A problem occurred during a system cleanup/upgrade that
resulted in the machine endlessly rebooting.  The problem is
being worked on as I write this, and the ETA for it being back
on line is currently sometime tonight.
