It depends on what you mean by "aggregate".  McIDAS has the ability to
create new images from operations on one or more existing images.  So
if your "aggregation" goal is to add the Nexrad-indicated rain rates
from a set of images, then yes, it is possible.  This would be done
using the IMGOPER command.

Can you describe further what kind of end product you have in mind?
