[McIDAS #AZG-443138]: Problem with McIDAS users_guide

Thanks for reporting this inconsistency.  The fix that I just instituted was 
not for the user to run
BATCH (batch.k) from the Unix command line, rather it was to start a McIDAS 
session and then run BATCH.  Since
there was no need to 'cd $MCDATA', I removed that reference.
