[McIDAS #ZWZ-351479]: Add an ADDE server to the list

This archive contains answers to questions sent to Unidata support through mid-2025. Note that the archive is no longer being updated. Done.  I have also added weather2.admin.niu to the list of servers
for these datasets in ADDEIMAGE.CORE.  All users will receive this
change when they install the next addendum (which will probably be
in late September).
