[McIDAS #YXD-786071]: Installation trouble : Can't locate file for: -lcc_dynamic

I added the '-lcc_dynamic -lICE -lSM' searches in older distributions of McIDAS
and they are probably not applicable to current releases of MacOS-X.

From your inquiry on GVAR detectors, I know that you are using McIDAS-X
v2002.  I recommend that you update your McIDAS installation to the most
current release, v2005.  If you are already registered with our web
site, the download is as easy as login into the site and going to the
McIDAS part of the Downloads section and grabbing the latest release.

Fighting to get an older version of McIDAS working will not be worth
effort in the long run.
