[McIDAS #ZPT-853174]: SSEC HIRES topo file for McIDAS

After struggling with the CD I got at the MUG meeting, I was finally able to 
extract
the files.  You can find the files in the pub/mcidas/data directory of 
anonymous FTP
on our FTP server, ftp.unidata.ucar.edu.  NOTE that the data files (.gz) are 
LARGE:
