If you do not use the Unidata Tcl/Tk GUI interface, MCGUI, and if you do not use TXT2MD (imports POINT data in ASCII text files into McIDAS MD files), then you do _not_ need to regrab the distribution. If you use either of these routines, then you should regrab the distribution.
