Warnings are fine. Hmm... I just pointed at the ADDE server adde.ucar.edu for the RTWXTEXT dataset, and get a full plot including tornado watch boxes. Your failure must indicate a problem either with the RTWXTEXT dataset you are pointing at (check with DATALOC LIST RTWXTEXT), or some problem in your WWDISP executable.
