20050330: WWDISP on McIDAS not displaying the tornado watches!

Hmm...  I just pointed at the ADDE server adde.ucar.edu for the
RTWXTEXT dataset, and get a full plot including tornado watch boxes.
Your failure must indicate a problem either with the RTWXTEXT dataset
you are pointing at (check with DATALOC LIST RTWXTEXT), or some problem
in your WWDISP executable.

Please try using adde.ucar.edu for RTWXTEXT and see if you get the
warnings:

dataloc.k ADD RTWXTEXT adde.ucar.edu
sf.k 1
erase.k
map.k IL
wwdisp.k
