My best bet is that the directory(ies) in which xcd_run and
pnga2area exist are not in the PATH of the user running
your LDM. The recommended setup is:
- copy the ldm-mcidas decoders you are going to use to the ~ldm/decoders
directory
- copy routines needed to run McIDAS-XCD decoding (e.g., xcd_run, mcscour.sh)
to the ~ldm/util directory
Don't forget to edit 'xcd_run', 'mcscour.sh', and 'batch.k' (one of the
scripts that comes along with the ldm-mcidas decoders) to set needed
McIDAS environment variables.
>Thanks
No worries.
Cheers,
Tom
