Because of the educational status of the Indian Statistical Institute,
we are enabled access to Unidata McIDAS-X.  We are doing this by adding
the Indian Statistical Institute to the list of known institutions and
specifying it as educational.  The changes to our web site should be
made by the end of the day today. If you continue to see problems,
please let us know.
