20040322: GOES-9 S-VISSR to AREA converter

Hi,

We have a user that has GOES-9 data in S-VISSR format and wants
to be able to use it in GEMPAK:

 > ... It's in S-VISSR format
 >(Stretched Visible and Infrared Spin Scan Radiometer).

Does such a conversion utility exist at SSEC?  If yes, can we get
it for our user?
